Both Harford Family House and the HFH Emergency Shelter have grown strong over the years because of the support we receive from the community. Now that these two programs have merged, our need for your support is even greater. No one can solve the issue of homelessness in our community on their own. Together, we can provide the resources and support our vulnerable neighbors need, so they can move on to permanent housing or their next temporary housing, helping them on their journey toward independence.
Your financial support at any level can be the difference between someone sleeping in their car, on the streets or couch surfing from one place to another OR sleeping in a warm bed, safe from the elements.
As a 501(c)(3) organization, Harford Family House is dependent on your support. A monthly donation of $25 or more will go a long way toward our goal of ending homelessness in our community. Donations to HFH are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. A copy of our current financial statements is available on request by contacting mbiggs@harfordfamilyhouse.org. Documents and information submitted to the State of Maryland under the Maryland Charitable Solicitations Act are also available from the office of the Secretary of State for the cost of copying and postage.
